The Talent Working Group is focused on driving the attractiveness of the profession, including broadening the talent pool and raising awareness of different career pathways, as well as promoting the health and wellbeing of our people in the industry.

The ESG Working Group is focused on contributing to the development of public policy around the efforts of government, industry and regulators to establish a credible and internationally aligned reporting system.
